Help with finding questions people are asking, FAQ anyone?
I am often asked how to find out what people are asking which is usually as a result of me wanting a client to produce some FAQ for their site.
To help with finding out what questions people are asking, a quick search on Google will help.
By using a command it is possible to ask Google to only show pages with 'faq' in the URL.
Use 'inurl:faq' and then your service or category as the search.
All the results returned will have 'faq' in the url as below;
By changing the url request you can also pick up other pages, try covering the word 'frequently' or another abbreviation 'f-a-q' and see what results you find.
