Another one of my favourite SEO myths, this one really does take some beating.

To help google spider and index your pages properly, you should add the following robots meta tag to the top of every page.

META NAME=”ROBOTS” CONTENT=”INDEX, FOLLOW”

By default, spiders will index and follow so this line is redundant. It still boils my blood though.
